RiverArts Studio Tour 2026:
WORK IN PROGRESS
For this year’s RiverArts Studio Tour, we are opening the studio to show something different: work in progress.
We will share unpublished photographs from Syunik: Landscape of Endurance, including new work from our most recent trip as we move toward completing the book.
A large part of the studio will also be devoted to our continuing work on the medieval fortresses of Cilicia. We will show photographs from the project alongside excerpts from Armenian Fortresses of Cilicia, our 2024 film now in the permanent collection of the History Museum of Armenia.
Rather than a finished exhibition, this is an opportunity to see the projects while they are still taking shape: photographs we are considering, connections we are exploring, and work that normally remains behind the scenes.
We will also have small works available for sale, with proceeds helping to support the production of our Syunik book.
